Even with careful dust containment, remodeling leaves a fine layer of drywall dust and debris throughout a home. It settles on trim, inside cabinets, in vents, and on window tracks, and a standard cleaning won't get it all.
A proper post-construction clean starts with debris removal: leftover materials, packaging, and scraps hauled out. Then comes detailed dust removal from the top down, ceilings and light fixtures first, then walls, trim, cabinets, and finally floors.
The final pass is a deep clean: windows and tracks, inside cabinets and drawers, bathroom fixtures, and floors cleaned with products appropriate for new finishes. That's when a remodel finally feels finished.
Because we're builders as well as cleaners, we know where construction dust hides. We include cleanup with our own projects and also offer post-construction and post-remodeling cleaning for homeowners and businesses who worked with other contractors.
